4. FINANCING
The project has a cost of $7,776 for which FEDICE will provide a credit for $3,900 that will be distributed among the 13 families ($300 each). For the funds they receive, they must pay $585 for administration, monitoring and training. The organization will pay FEDICE every 4 months the proportional interest.
The resources will be invested for the purchase of: chickens, cows, pigs, grass and raw material according to the type of project that each family will install. Families will contribute with labor, dewormers, vitamins and balanced
5. OBJETIVES
General Objective
Contribute to organizational strengthening, in the production of domestic animals and various businesses for improving the quality of life of the families of the Sembrando Esperanza organization.
Specific objectives
• Strengthen the organization of women through the implementation of the productive project.
• Maintain Technically produce the production of pastures and animals by taking advantage of the physical and human resources available in the community.
• Increase the different family businesses and purchase and sale of cattle.
• Improve through training and transfer of appropriate technologies, the level of knowledge and skills, in order to strengthen the self-management capacity of the families participating in the project.
6. GOALS

The organization of 13 families maintains its work with the ratification of the directive that it will support for 2 years under internal regulations and monthly meetings.

13 families maintain their projects: they technically produce and maintain pastures and animals, taking into account breed, feeding and proper handling.

Contribute to the practical solution of the problems of poverty, unemployment and marginalization of the peasant families that live in the community through the strengthening of established businesses.

13 families trained in organizational issues, animal husbandry technicians and customer service in their businesses.
7. IMPACTS

The families improve nutrition due to the effect of greater available resources.

Decrease in the migration of young people, through the generation of employment.

Gender equality: women increase their contribution to the family economy.

Human talent: the beneficiaries efficiently manage their projects.
With the installation of this project, it will not negatively affect the environment since its animal waste and food waste will be used as organic fertilizer that will serve to fertilize the plots of each of the families, to improve their crops without the use of chemical fertilizers and therefore have a diet with healthy products, improving the health of all families.
8. MONITORING ABD EVALUATION
The follow-up of the activities will be carried out through: home visits to verify the productions, meetings to analyze difficulties and solve existing problems, recommendations and planning of activities.
The families involved in the project will participate.
The activities to be carried out will be compiled through reports, records and photographs, which will serve for analysis in the evaluation.
